Communication Skills
Communication as a management function is the process of creating, communicating and interpreting ideas, facts, opinions and feelings about work performance, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization as well as the achievement of goals in the organization. A manager must be an effective communicator and no organization can succeed or progress, build a reputation without effective communication skills. A poor communication system can result in poor management and poor business results. Our aim in this article was to show that the success of any business lies in effective communication and that effective communication is essential for the survival and development of a business concern. We also pointed out that communication skills need to be developed continuously and especially in a turbulent business environment.
Self-motivation
The main goal of this module is to explain the issue of self-motivation, to describe different approaches and possibilities for motivating yourself and those around you. This topic is especially topical now, in a time that brings a lot of uncertainty and at the same time creates pressure that one should be more responsible for one’s life and motivation.
Presentation Skills
The success of the presentation and all communication is always determined by our personality. So it’s easy to work on your natural expression while building trust with your audience. Using the right techniques in the presentation, using appropriate verbal and non- verbal communication should reveal the needs of the audience and their interest.
