The second block of study is specialized and consists of four educational modules which the student completes within his/her specialization. The specialized block is divided into 2 course days. Students can choose specific dates from a wide range of courses directly in the student section.

Communication and Communication Skills

Syllabus

Within the module, students’ attention will focus primarily on quality presentation and presentation skills associated with cultivated speaking and appearance. We will also address the issue of communication practices so that the student can gain more confidence in this area, which will take them to the next level. The student should thus gain the conviction that language, i.e. the spoken word, its modified appearance and behavior according to social etiquette, has de facto infinite possibilities of influence on its surroundings or partners in communication.

Management Practices

Syllabus

The managerial position is a very difficult and prestigious position at the same time. It involves the skills of planning, decision making, organizing, leading teams and meetings, control, feedback, communication and last but not least social behavior and etiquette. A good manager must deal with many and many communication situations every day, make the right decisions and take responsibility for them. This module should give students a better understanding of these areas of a manager’s work and lend them greater confidence in their managerial position.

Time Management

Syllabus

The aim of the “Time Management” module is to recognize and describe the methods of time management, or to direct the use of time in the sense of harmonization of human life. That is, how to be efficient in work activities and have time for non-work activities, active and, last but not least, passive rest.

Self Leadership

Syllabus

The aim of the module is to be aware of the importance of the self in the ability of one’s own versatile shift and the art of self-direction. The following topics will be discussed: Self-direction as a Basis for Self-Management, Self-Management through Good Time Management, Planning as a Tool for Self-Management, Covey’s Self-Management and his 7 Habits, The Power of Motivation and Self-Motivation.
