The second block of study is specialized block and consists of three educational modules, which the student completes within his specialization. The modules of the specialization take place within one course day. Students choose an exact date from a wide range directly in the student section.

Crisis Management
The purpose of crisis management is strategic planning and management of crisis situations. In this module, students will get acquainted with the essence of crisis management in the context of general management theory with an overlap into practical use. They will learn what mechanisms help to mitigate the effects of the crisis and how to prevent crisis situations through preventive measures. Part of the educational module is also focused on the area of crisis communication and crisis ethics.
Risk Management
In this module, students become familiar with the issues of risk management. They will learn basic terminology such as “danger”, “risk” or “threat” and will be familiar with the tools, approaches, and methods of risk assessment in important areas of business management. Knowledge of risk management and its principles is currently highly valued and at the same time practically used in many key decisions at all levels of organization management.
Project Management
The module focuses on project management in terms of implementing project management in the organization, as well as on how to manage specific projects. It clarifies the main principles and tools of project management, including pointing out world trends in this area. It aims to provide students with practical examples and teach them the whole project management process. As part of this educational program, students will try out practical exercises that will help them in the future, for example, to shorten the duration of projects, adhere to the schedule and budget or prevent project risks.
