The second block of study is specialized block and consists of three educational modules, which the student completes within his specialization. The modules of the specialization take place within one course day. Students choose an exact date from a wide range directly in the student section.

Leadership
The module is very practical, students will understand the principles of leadership and learn to use them in practice. Within the module, students will develop the basic skills that are necessary for the implementation of the leadership role of the manager, ie persuading, influencing or inspiring their subordinates to achieve the goals of the organization. They will also learn negotiation techniques, practice how to solve conflict situations, motivate their subordinates to the best possible results or lead a team in solving problems or implementing set tasks.
Motivation and Evaluation of Employees
The aim of this module is to provide students with knowledge and skills in the field of motivation and evaluation of employees or co-workers. In the module, students will get acquainted with the methods and modern trends in this area. They will experience the role of a manager in the evaluation and motivation process and will also understand evaluation and motivation as a tool for performance management and people management. Teaching takes place in an interactive form and has the character of practicing model situations and team or individual exercises. During the module, students will practice conducting an appraisal interview, design an employee appraisal system or identify and plan a motivation system for their employees or co-workers.
Managerial Psychology
Within the module, students will be introduced to the issues of psychology and sociology of management. They will learn the basic concepts in this area and their interrelationships with emphasis on practical application in managerial practice. At the same time, they will be able to orientate in the methodological and application area of management psychology. Students under the guidance of a lecturer will also develop and deepen self-knowledge and critical self-reflection of their own personality.
