Hello, my name is Nora, I am the owner of an educational and consulting company and a graduate of the MBA program in Managerial Psychology.

For more than 22 years, I have been working as a non-verbal communication expert, lecturer, therapist and forensic consultant. In my daily practice, I encounter how important it is to understand a person’s personality, to be able to build and stabilize social bonds and relationships, to understand people’s behaviour and to lead others to know what is the most important in their lives. I teach people how to use all the possibilities of their genetic and personality potential to be satisfied and successful in life. And not only that, I teach them to understand others, to be able to estimate them non-verbally and to respond to them verbally according to their non-verbal physiognomy. By identifying their behaviour they started to build long-term, stable, meaningful bonds and relationships.

My studies in the specialization of Managerial Psychology added the complexity I needed to create new techniques that, based on the connection of personality psychology, forensic psychology and non-verbal morphology, would help me to create stable relational bonds and develop positive interactions between people in my personal life, but also at my workplace.

Forensic psychology and psychological morphology gave me a lot through studying abroad, it taught me that without understanding the personality and its behaviour we cannot effectively guide, motivate and help people. And since I am still learning in my work, my goal was to link already existing knowledge through the implementation of the findings towards complex managerial psychology.

I was enthusiastically looking for a field where I could enrich my knowledge and get to know the issues of managerial psychology in detail. The MBA in Managerial Psychology gave me new insights, opened up space for innovative techniques that I still use in my work today and helped managers understand how important Managerial psychology is in management in general and especially in relationship management.

Thanks to this study, I was able to expand my business more thanks to practical information from lectures and workshops. New possibilities have opened up for me to improve bonds and relationships between people. I created a highly effective system of analyzing people and relationships, procedures for managing toxic relationships, how to identify them, how to defend against them and how to work to ensure that socialization, connections and relationships in companies and outside of them are healthy. Our registered program “Good relations” TM, which my colleague and I run, also brought a comprehensive approach thanks to the program, which meant the improvement of relations on many levels of life and the workplace in several companies, schools and as well as individual clients.

I am very grateful that I had this opportunity to learn from professionals in practice. I believe that everyone who takes advantage of the opportunity to study MBA at ESBM, whatever specialization they choose, will be enriched with new knowledge that can significantly contribute not only to the level of personal development but also to higher professionalism in what one does and in what one wants to be exceptional.
