The MBA basic block continued in October

The MBA basic block continued in October. On Saturday, 17 October, we welcomed MBA students to ESBM for the Management and Strategic Management seminars.

The Management seminar focuses on the fundamental principles of organisational management, management approaches, and the role of management in achieving set objectives. This area provides an important foundation for anyone looking to further develop their management skills and professional practice. It was followed by the Strategic Management seminar, which focuses on strategic leadership and the long-term direction of organisations. Strategic thinking helps managers better understand how an organisation operates, set priorities, and make decisions with its future development in mind.

Both seminars are part of the MBA basic block and contribute to the development of knowledge and skills applicable in management practice.
