Workshop: Structure and Process of Premium Customer Experience



On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, an online workshop on the topic: Structure and Process of Premium Customer Experience was held, led by Mgr. František Paikrt, ESBM lecturer, premium sales expert, and former trainer at Apple Inc.

A premium customer experience is not about a perfect product — it’s about the exceptional feeling the customer walks away with. The workshop guided participants through the key principles of relationship selling in a technology-oriented era. Participants learned how to build trust, understand client needs, and communicate the brand through people.
