Ing. et Ing. Josef Ulrich, MBA

Ing. et Ing. Josef Ulrich, MBA is, among others, co-owner of the consulting and educational company Paul Advisory. He graduated from Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín, majoring in Business Economics and Industrial Engineering. In his professional practice, he specializes in increasing productivity in production (standardization of workplaces, standardization, production management and planning, elimination of waste, streamlining maintenance work, utilization of machinery and equipment…). Over the last 7 years he has worked as an external consultant on projects in more than 50 manufacturing companies across the Czech Republic. His philosophy is to “do things in a way that makes sense,” which is why the benefits of projects under his leadership have always exceeded the resources invested several times over.
