Ing. Jiří Tuvora, Ph.D.

Ing. Jiří Tuvora, Ph.D. is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Technical University of Liberec, where he completed his doctoral studies in Organization and Business Management. From 1999 to 2006, he worked in asset management and investment banking, and then at PPF Group, where he was responsible for the penetration of Česká pojišt’ovna into new markets (Kazakhstan, Belarus). He continued his education in a number of courses at home and abroad, and subsequently began to specialize in management related to restructuring projects and valuation in the field of companies, securities, investments, projects and real estate. In recent years he has worked as a restructuring manager in a financial institution and as an M&A consultant.
