Ing. Miloslav Beneš



He professionally solves issues of crisis preparedness in the area of ​​its security in the context of crisis planning entities, management, and actual implementation by end health care providers.

He is a graduate of the High Military School in Vyškov, Faculty of Engineering, field of command and engineering. To acquire pedagogical skills, he later completed his education by studying at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. To expand his knowledge in the field of crisis preparedness, he completed a course at the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic in the field of crisis preparedness at the department of health care at the National Center for Nursing and Non-Medical Health Professions in Brno.

He worked as a lecturer at the National Center for Nursing and Non-Medical Health Professions in Brno at the Department of Management and Crisis Preparedness in Healthcare. As a member of the working groups of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and the Center for Biological Protection, the Department of Biological Protection Těchonín participated in the processing of management and implementation of documentation in the area of ​​crisis preparedness and highly contagious diseases. He regularly participates actively in the form of lectures and thematic articles in the proceedings of specialist seminars and crisis preparedness conferences of Disaster Medicine Brno and Hradec Králové. As part of his teaching, he imparts his experience to bachelor’s and master’s students at the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň, Faculty of Health Studies. He works as a consultant in the field of preparation and management of inpatient medical facilities when dealing with extraordinary events and crisis situations within the Pilsen region. It ensures cooperative links with the components of the Integrated Rescue System in the form of processing the relevant documentation and its subsequent examination in the form of exercises.
