Martin Šafařík, MSc.

Martin Šafárik is a partner in Happiness at Work s.r.o., co-founder of the Workshop Box and ASTUTE Prague projects, and a member of the Red Button business network. In the past, he also worked as a business skills trainer at Apple for the Czech and Slovak markets. In his practice, he draws on his experience in the field of innovation, which he studied at the Dutch University of Groningen and subsequently developed as a consultant for several years. His main focus at this time became design thinking, creativity, and workshop techniques. He now uses knowledge from the world of innovation to support companies in building such a corporate environment in which people enjoy working, take responsibility for their own development, and achieve great results.
