Mgr. Petra Uhlíková, PCC

Mgr. Petra Uhlíková, PCC has been working in the field of adult development since 1995. She mainly focuses on management skills and leadership She also uses coaching to develop the potential of managers (since 1997). She approaches coach-client collaboration as a partnership formed to plan and implement the changes the client has decided to make. Petra is a certified coach with ICF (PCC level) and Erickson College Vancouver (Erickson Professional Certified Coach). She is the co-author and trainer of Growth Point’s educational coaching programs (e.g. Integral Leadership, Kaleidoscope of Spiral Dynamics, From Management to Leadership, Specific Coach Training, Internal Coaching, Manager as a Coach). She also acts as a mentor for managers (soft skills, change planning and implementation, values, value systems) and coaches.
