Mgr. Tomáš Chudý, Ph.D., LL.M.

Mgr. Tomáš Chudý, Ph.D., LL.M. is professionally engaged in financial law and European Union law and is also a lecturer in this area. He currently works as a senior methodologist for financial market regulation at the Czech National Bank, where he participates in the development of legislation in this area, and is a member of the EIOPA Committee on Consumer Protection and Financial Innovation (CCPFI) and the Commission for European Law of the Legislative Council of the Government of the Czech Republic. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and the College of Europe in Bruges. He received his Ph.D. from the Faculty of Arts of Charles University in Prague. He is co-author of the publication “Commented Decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union”.
