MBA Management in Education
The second block of study is specialized block and consists of three educational modules, which the student completes within his specialization. The modules of the specialization take place within one course day. Students choose an exact date from a wide range directly in the student section.

Management and Strategic Management in Education
The aim of this module is to present the main management processes in an educational institution. In the case of management concepts, we refer to the competency model of school management, a brief description of the processes of planning, organizing and decision-making. A part of the management processes is also a very wide area of evaluation, which we will focus on in terms of evaluation stipulated by the Education Act. The content of the module is the basic principles of strategic management, actions of management participants, all procedures for dealing with other participants in the administrative process, as well as management principles, modern methods, tools and management procedures within the organization. We focus primarily on practical skills that can be used in pedagogical management.
Psychology in Education
In this module, students will learn about the importance of psychology in education, personnel management and personal life. They will learn to understand what the position in the pedagogical field entails, what their behavior, form of communication or attitude should be. In the interactive seminar, the lecturer will focus on the theory of personality, intelligence, will deal with motivations and emotions, including modern methods for assessing them. The module builds on, develops and deepens psychological knowledge and skills in a given study program. Attention is paid to the issue of leadership and management of people in relations between managers and subordinates, given the position of individuals in the institution.
Legal Aspects in the Field of Education
The aim of this module is to expand and supplement pedagogical education with knowledge and skills in the field of school legislation. In this module we will focus on the necessary regulations for the management of the school institution, internal school regulations, teaching conditions and other key parts. Furthermore, we will focus on the relationship between the pedagogical worker and the Czech School Inspectorate, the competence of the CSI, all evaluations and inspections, as well as the organization of inspection activities and inspection functions of the CSI.
