It was a pretty clear choice for me. I lead a team of almost 150 employees, and I needed to gain management skills in team management and organizational leadership.

I rate the quality of the study at a high level. The team of lecturers is the heart of why it works so well here, and why I decided to continue with the DBA. The biggest benefit of the study is that I use what I learned here daily in managing my team and my employees.

There are several benefits. From the opportunity to meet with experts from practice and at the same time meet interesting people. I personally really liked the fact that within the basic block seminars you meet across the specializations. And you have the opportunity to meet various inspiring people outside your field.

I did my research. I compared other institutions in our region, in the Czech Republic, in Slovakia, and ESBM turned out to be the best choice for me, and I certainly did not make a mistake.

I enrolled in the program as a new challenge and self-fulfillment. I wanted to try a new direction and continue developing myself. I studied MBA Leadership and Soft Skills specialization. The biggest benefit of the program was stepping out of my comfort zone and applying the acquired knowledge and skills not only in my professional life, but also in my personal life.

In addition to the fact that I was taught by top lecturers, I met a lot of inspiring personalities in the ranks of the audience as well. The school provides a large number of study materials and arranges many workshops in addition to the course.

I can appreciate the high knowledge and experience of all lecturers. So, for me, studying at this school was really a great benefit and a way of enrichment in terms of knowledge and experience.

The greatest benefit is that the lecturers at this school are professionals in life as well, they are not just theorists. So you always have a lot of examples from practice in the seminars.

I decided to study at this school three years ago. I have finished my second program this year.
