I decided to study because I wanted to supplement my education. The biggest benefit of the study is the knowledge I gained from the individual lecturers. I would definitely recommend studying at ESBM. It is definitely an opportunity for everyone to expand their education.

I decided to study at ESBM for two reasons. The first reason was the possibility to adapt my studies to my needs. I am enormously busy with work duties, so I needed to manage my studies myself and I did not want, for example, the study department to manage them for me. The second reason was that ESBM met all my criteria for doing an MBA.

I consider the biggest benefit of my studies to be the fact that I learned to simplify things, not to complicate them and thereby save a large amount of time, I try to apply this acquired knowledge specifically in the work environment by learning to plan more effectively and to be more prudent in stressful situations.

The lecturers were always approachable and available to answer any questions I had, so I was comfortable with that.

It was a bit of my strategy, to study those areas that relate directly to the areas I work with. So when we were changing the organizational structure, I was working on a term paper on how to change the structure. I received feedback from the lecturers on my work, and the work could then be implemented.

From my point of view, I would definitely recommend studying at ESBM to all managers who want to continue working on their personal and professional growth. The proof of this is that I also became a lecturer in the entire ESBM team. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Would I recommend studying at your school? I can say that I definitely do. The quality of the lecturers and the teaching system was completely satisfactory and I still remember it fondly. So definitely a big recommendation for me.

I rate the quality of the study at a very high level. I definitely find the greatest benefit in connecting theory with practice. And that ESBM really has lecturers who have practical skills and knowledge in their fields.

What I would like to highlight in particular is the support not only from the lecturers but especially from the study department throughout the entire program at ESBM. I truly appreciate it, and it was a great support for me, especially toward the end of my studies.
