Workshop: The Art of Negotiation – How to Achieve the Best Outcome

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, the face-to-face workshop The Art of Negotiation took place once again, led by doc. Ing. Ondřej Vojáček, Ph.D., a professional negotiator, university teacher, ESBM lecturer and economist.

Participants learned the fundamental principles of negotiation according to the FBI and Harvard methods and discovered how to apply them effectively in negotiations with competitors, clients, and within their own organizations. The discussion also focused on common mistakes that entrepreneurs often make without negotiation training, mistakes that can have a direct impact on their business results.

The workshop offered plenty of practical tips, valuable insights, and inspiring moments. We thank all participants for their active engagement and the great atmosphere.
